Backer Plan Terms

These Backer Plan Terms (the "Plan Terms") govern your use of the DOKU-RIN backer plan (the "Plan") operated by Tōjinsha (the "Operator"). By enrolling in the Plan, you agree to these Plan Terms.

These Plan Terms are a special provision of the general Terms of Service (https://dokurin.saga-dev-log.dev/en/legal/terms); where they conflict, these Plan Terms prevail.

The English version is a courtesy translation. The Japanese version is the binding text.

1. Eligibility

Only registered users (signed in via Clerk) may enrol in the Plan. Guest users cannot enrol.

2. Price

¥500 / month (tax included), charged automatically on the enrolment anniversary date each month.

3. Benefits

Members of the Plan ("Backers") receive:

• The "Your month" reflection panel computes the full 30-day window from server-side history rather than the device-local cache cap.
• Past dokurin lineage (including enlightenment records) is persisted server-side. Records carry over when you change devices.
• Access to the backer-only Discord channels (#背景 / #開発投票 / #試作).

4. Changes to benefits

The Operator may add or modify Plan features. Material changes will be announced in advance via DOKU-RIN or related Discord channels.

5. Cancellation

Backers may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Plan benefits remain available through the end of the already-paid period.

6. Refunds

As a service good, mid-period pro-rated refunds are not offered. If the Service is unavailable for 7 or more consecutive days, we will issue a pro-rated refund on request.

7. Payment failure

If a payment fails (e.g., expired card) and Stripe's automatic retry (up to 7 days) does not succeed, the Plan is automatically cancelled and Backer benefits are deactivated.

8. Discord access

Backer-only Discord channel access is granted and revoked alongside Plan enrolment. After cancellation, channel access is automatically removed at the end of the already-paid period.

9. Changes to these Plan Terms

The Operator may modify these Plan Terms as needed. Material changes will be posted on DOKU-RIN before the effective date.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Plan Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
